Laura Nguyen

A Bay Area native and daughter of Vietnamese immigrants, Laura is passionate about creatively translating complex topics into relatable, impactful messages that engage communities. Laura brings a decade of experience in public communications and community engagement across local government and media. Before joining Winter Consulting, she led communications, outreach, and events for a San José City Councilmember, building partnerships and reaching residents to make civic engagement more accessible and inclusive. Outside of work, Laura enjoys exploring new neighborhoods with walkable streets and plenty of green space.
