Stevens Creek Corridor Vision Study

Jan 2023 - December 2024
Clients: VTA, CSJ, County of Santa Clara, City of Santa Clara, and City of Cupertino

The Stevens Creek Boulevard Corridor Vision Study is a comprehensive planning effort aimed at enhancing the Stevens Creek Boulevard Corridor, which runs through the cities of Cupertino, Santa Clara, and San José. The study aims to improve the corridor’s accessibility, safety, and overall livability for residents, businesses, and visitors. Winter played a pivotal role in leading the engagement efforts, which included workshops, field audits, pop-ups, focus groups, interviews, and community presentations.  Winter also maintained a website for the study, which was updated with key project materials and surveys translated into Spanish and traditional Chinese.

Winter also managed selection and facilitation of the Community Advisory Group composed of prominent community and business leaders who live or work on the corridor, in addition to facilitation of meetings with the Steering Committee of elected officials from each of the five agencies involved. Winter managed communications with the elected officials, planned meeting agendas, and led the meetings to promote inter-agency collaboration.
