Serena Richardson

Serena Richardson, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is excited to join the team at Winter as an Engagement Coordinator. She is deeply driven by the power we can build through the strong network of the relationships we foster. As an avid public transport user herself, she is passionate about living in and creating accessible, connected, and engaged communities. Beyond her professional pursuits, Serena enjoys learning new craft projects, going to coffee shops, playing tunes on the piano, baking, and getting lost on long walks with her life partner. She is thrilled to contribute to Winter’s mission and to cultivate meaningful skills and relationships in her work.
